Bright's Antique Slot Machines
My name is Richard Bright and I have been restoring antique slot machines for over 35 years, you could say I have repaired or restored at least 500 antique slot machines in my lifetime. As a Professional Firefighter ' Lieutenant' now 'Retired', I work twenty-four hour shifts, which has given me plenty of time to devote to restoring and repairing antique slot machines. Whether it is small repairs or full restorations, no job is too big or too small. I have traveled all around the country in order to buy, repair or sell my antique slot machines. This business is set around a very small circle of qualified people to do this kind of work. I feel if you treat the customer right and gain their confidence by doing good work, they will be a return customer in the future. The slot machines we restore are restored the right way to the customer specifications, the first time. When a customer purchases a slot machine from me, I offer lifetime guarantee, as long as you own the slot machine, providing you bring it to me for repairs. There are not too many people in this business that will make an offer like that and actually stand by it. We have a large inventory of parts for antique slot machines. 1949 Jennings Sweep Stakes Chief (lite-up) 25 cent, original condition with functioning jackpot, token dispenser with 7 tokens, original reel strips, back door with OJ lock, original cash box. Has red plastic at the bottom. The chrome plating on this machine is 8.5 out of an 10. Not bad for a 72 year old. The cabinet is beautiful. The machine plays and pays as it should.
A little about the Jennings Sweep Stakes Chief. It has all the same pay outs as a Sun Chief. However, this machine also has Plums with 11's on them- 3 of these is a Jackpot. It has Bells with 7's on them-3 of these is a Jackpot. It has 5 different jackpot symbols instead of one. Has a 89% payout percentage. Hit three horses with a permanent RED light and win a $25.00 token and jackpot $25.00 more or less. The Jennings Sweep Stakes is a little like the Jennings Prospector, it has a flashing RED light when you play, if it hits three horses on the pay line and the RED light stays on, you win the big jackpot. More fun to play.
